We’ve had quite a few new Dads join us over recent months, so I wanted to include some links to some earlier blogs I’d written that might be of interest. In early months of the group I wrote up some of the sessions and summarised some of the information I’d mentioned, so I include the links below.
There is so much going on in a baby’s development – things to notice, celebrate, see change and grow. It’s been great to be able to share some of the amazing perspectives on areas such as how our nervous system and sense mature, how this is reflected in our movement, and how all this affects how we relate to the world and our families.
You can read about:
- the nervous system here and here.
- the importance of slowing down.
- creating memories.
- the benefits of bare feet – socks off and more here.
- the beginnings of relating.
